HIGHLANDS 2020 CALENDAR - Photo submissions Next year's calendar is in the works. If you have photos you've taken in town that you would like to be considered for use in the calendar, please submit them using the guidelines below to calendarphotos@highlandsborough.org.

GUIDELINES - Photos must be received by December 15th to be considered - Must be at least 300ppi - we cannot use low resolution images - Do not include watermarks - Must include your full name in the file name - By submitting to the folder, you are granting the Borough permission to print your photo(s) in the 2020 calendar - Images that are selected will be attributed to the photographer on each month's page.

Reporting Pot Holes & Dead Deer
Highlands Borough cannot fix potholes located on state and county roads and they must be reported to the governmental agency responsible for the road. For State highways please visit http://www.state.nj.us/transportation/commuter/potholeform.shtm. Dead deer on State highways can also be reported to this website. For potholes on County roads please call the Monmouth County Pothole Hotline at 732-431-6550.
