WHAT...Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Portions of central New Jersey...and southern New Jersey... including the following counties...in central New Jersey... Monmouth. In southern New Jersey...Ocean. * WHEN...Until 1145 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 744 AM EDT, gauge reports indicated heavy rain. Flooding is already occurring in the warned area. Between 5 and 7 inches of rain have fallen. - For Manasquan at Allenwood: At 7:15am the stage was 15.18 feet. Flood Stage is 14.5 feet. ... For N. Branch Metedeconk River at Lakewood: At 7:30am the stage was 8.26 feet. Flood Stage is 8 feet. ... For Manasquan at Squankum: At 7:30am the stage was 8.6 feet. Flood Stage is 8.5 feet. - This includes the following highways... Interstate 195 in New Jersey between mile markers 31 and 33. Garden State Parkway between mile markers 91 and 97.
