Don’t let kitchen grease ruin your holiday season!
Now that we’re in the thick of the holiday season and kitchens are in high gear, a helpful reminder from the Department of Public Works: don’t pour fats, oils, or grease directly down the drain! Putting grease down the drain can eventually mean clogs for you, potential backups into your basement and sewage overflows in the Highlands Sewer system.
