PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, the Borough of Highlands Land Use Board meeting to be held on December 8, 2022 is CANCELLED. The meeting has been rescheduled to TUESDAY, DECEMBER 20, 2022 at 7pm at 22 Snug Harbor Rd., Highlands, NJ 07732 (as a Special Meeting).
The next regularly scheduled meeting to be held will be January 12, 2023, at 7pm at 22 Snug Harbor Rd., Highlands, NJ 07732.
The following applications, originally scheduled to be heard at the December 8, 2022 meeting, shall be carried to the December 20, 2022 meeting:
- Conditional Use – LUB2022-07: Bridge City Collective
- Conditional Use – LUB2022-08: The Honorable Plant
The following application, originally scheduled to be heard at the December 8, 2022 meeting, shall be carried to the January 12, 2023 meeting:
- Subdivision – LUB2022-09: Borough of Highlands
There shall be no further notice with respect to all rescheduled applications; however, notice of the Special Meeting shall be published according to law.
