There will be upcoming utility construction on Bay Ave between Gravelly Point Rd & Ocean Ave on Wednesday 1/11/23 starting at 8m and lasting until approx. noon.  No excavation will occur; however, police will be onsite to assist with traffic and residents will have unrestricted access around the site.
