Municipal Court

The Municipal Court’s core values are Independence, Integrity, Fairness and Quality of Service. Municipal Courts are statutory courts of limited jurisdiction.

Court Sessions are held on the first and third Tuesdays of every month at 3:00pm.

Proceedings include all matters within their statutory jurisdiction including:

  • Disorderly Persons Offenses
  • Petty Disorderly Persons Offenses
  • Motor Vehicle Violations
  • County and Municipal Ordinance Offenses
  • Fish & Game Violations
  • Boating Law Violations and all other proceedings in which jurisdiction is granted.
