Our Borough Engineer firm, CME, successfully submitted a join grant application with Monmouth County for a $1.18 million grant award through the Safe Streets for All Program to develop a Comprehensive Safety Action Plan addressing issues related to speed and infrastructure within the Borough of Highlands.
This joint application includes Bradley Beach, Holmdel, and the Monmouth County Division of Planning.
