The NJ CRC will be hosting a public hearing for Central Jersey this week on Wednesday, November 16th from 7-9pm, for all Jersey residents and organizations to provide ideas on how cannabis tax revenue should be used for social equity projects.
All residents and organizations may register to speak at the Regional Hearings on Using Tax Revenue for Social Equity here or submit a comment in writing here. The deadline to register to speak is 5:00 pm the day before each meeting is held. The deadline to submit a written comment is 5:00 p.m. on Friday, November 18.
To accommodate as many speakers as possible from each designated region, we encourage all to register for the meeting where you live, or where your organization is located. Speakers and organizations will be limited to addressing the meeting once for 3 minutes.
