Highlands has engaged with Colliers Engineering and Design to establish a comprehensive plan to address the issue of flooding within the borough. This is plan consists of enhancements to shoreline protection, pump station efficacy and improved storm drainage. The plan not only covers what actions can be taken to protect our residences and businesses, but also potential funding sources for these actions in order to have minimal impact on taxpayers.
