There has been little change to the forecast overnight as we are still expecting a round of showers and thunderstorms to move through the region later this afternoon and evening. Some storms may be strong to severe and produce damaging winds, large hail, and flash flooding. An isolated tornado cannot be ruled out either. There has been little change to the forecast as we are still expecting a round of showers and thunderstorms to move through the region Friday – mainly for the afternoon and evening period.
Some storms may be strong to severe and produce damaging winds, flash flooding, and the potential for an isolated tornado. The general trend will be for the storm threat to progress through the area west to east with further timing details in the attached graphic.
