A Special Meeting of the Borough of Highlands will be held Tuesday, November 30th, to give residents and individuals the opportunity to learn more about property valuations in Highlands. Individual issues will not be addressed at this meeting. Attendees will have the opportunity to sign up for an appointment with the Tax Assessor, Jay Briscione, at a later date.
